The objective of our formation is to shape women capable of giving their whole life to God in the bosom of an apostolic community.

In this first stage, the young woman begins to deepen her spiritual life, experience community life, learn the basic aspects of consacreted life, and thus discern with greater certainty her vocation for this Society.
During the novitiate, she experiences our particular style of evangelizing and living the evangelical counsels, our spirituality and our way of life.
During this stage, she begins her philosophical studies and consolidates her vocational discernment in order to arrive at a sufficient certainty of her vocation through the signs of maturity and of the aptitude for living the spirit of the Society of Mary.
Together with their theological study, they continue their formation in order to reach solidity in their spiritual life; apostolic audacity, fruits, and generosity; identification with the spirit of the Society; and communion and friendship with the other members of the community.
The evangelical counsels are the means for a more perfect spousal union with Jesus Christ, and the act by which we dedicate our whole life “to God’s service, regarding the following of Christ ‘as the one thing that is necessary,’ and seeking God before all else and only Him."
